These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tame Response website and services. By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Tame Response provides lead response and follow-up systems for home-services businesses, which may include missed-call text-back on the business's own number, a booking/intake page, Google profile claim and cleanup, a review-reply workflow, and a one-page monthly report. The specific services provided to a client are those described in that client's agreement or order.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard pricing is a $750 setup fee and $500 per month. The initial term is 3 months, then month-to-month. Fees are due as described in the client agreement. If a system is not live and working as described within 30 days, the setup fee will be refunded as described on our website.
We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or job counts. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, pricing, availability, and how promptly a business responds to leads.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to their phone, booking, and Google profile accounts as needed, and for approving messages sent in their name. Clients must comply with applicable laws, including those governing text messaging, advertising, and consumer communications.
You agree not to use this website to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the website or services.
The content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is owned by Tame Response or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including Google and messaging providers. Those platforms have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their actions, availability, or changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tame Response will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
